Private Housing Development at Sector 30 in Naya Raipur

Naya Raipur Development Authority (NRDA) intends to prepare a comprehensive Layout
Plan for carving out bulk parcels of land in sector 30 of Naya Raipur and prepare
Infrastructure Master plan and carve onto the parcels of optimum size. The project
area is 64 hectares (800m in length and 800 m in breadth).

The parcels of land shall be for allotment to private developers for housing development.
NRDA would develop the external infrastructure up to the battery end of each parcel.
The private developers shall take up construction of housing and development of
internal infrastructure in the parcel allotted to them.
