Composite Office Building based on Green Building Principles

Naya Raipur Development Authority ("NRDA" or "Authority") intends to develop a composite
Office Building in Capital complex and in close proximity to State Secretariat and
Head of the Department (HOD) building at Naya Raipur. These composite office premises
will accommodate office of Naya Raipur Development Authority (NRDA) and other offices
plot of area 15228.03 sqm in Capitol Complex layout at one of the prime location
in the heart of Naya Raipur, adjacent to Road No 2.

NRDA intends to develop this as a landmark project. The proposed Building would
reflect NRDA’s vision to develop an environment sensitive city. It would be unique
and its design would be based on Green building principles, to set an example for
other upcoming developments in Naya Raipur.
