Allotment of Plot for Schools
|

|
 To build
and operate Senior Secondary School as per CBSE norms within a period of Five Years
from the date of execution of lease deed However,
the Tenderer may construct and commence the running of Secondary School within three
years from the date of execution of lease deed
and Senior Secondary Level within next two years.

|
To impart
quality education in Science, Mathematics, Life Science and Commerce streams by
employing qualified and experienced Teachers
and providing required Laboratories and other facilities within five years from
the date of execution of lease deed
|
|
Parking:
The parking provision within the plot shall be as per the development control regulations
of Naya Raipur development plan. Separate parking
facility shall be provided for visitors within the plot.
|
|
Play
ground as required should be developed and maintained.
